Leadership Development

The Modules of the Competences development especially of the leadership, in the format of workshops in a sequence so that can work in groups the achievement of higher standards in excellence and maturity in the management. Normally the Programs are enriched with the customized development of a group of executives (individual coaching) and are in favor of the cultural transition already defined in the Organization, in a preliminary stage of the project.

The consultancy has Leadership Development programs to support the transition, consolidation and construction of the planned organizational culture. Its application depends of the stage of change process and the rhythm defined for the achievement of the next stage.

It’s about a program with two modules. The first is directed to the training of Mentors, for guidance and support to the career of professionals, trainees, etc.

The second module is destined to the oriented people with the purpose to extend its self knowledge, reflection over its career and efficient use of the Mentor, in its professional paths.

The mentoring proposal is based on the QuotaMais methodology and includes planning of each one of the sessions Mentor-Oriented, after workshops.
